 November to March is the best time to visit Goa. October and April i.e. starting of the tourist season and the end of the tourist season respectively are very humid and most beach shacks close after the Easter and sea gets rougher and swimming becomes less pleasant. June and the end of September are the months between which monsoon visits. In this season the state is at its best. They welcome rain by doing parties and celebrations. All of their energies are consumed in farming. Christmas and New Year are the peak time for visitors. The weather is perfect. The place is buzzing.
